Did anyone ever see the Discovery Channel special they had on the top 10 most deadly arts (Or something along those lines)?

It was fucking badass. I think Kung Fu was #1, but there was some pretty intense competition. Those dudes are just fucking sick.

Did you know a Shaolin Monk can raise their body temperature up to 8 degrees. They do this in mountains that are very cold. They are tested to go up there and just survive basically for a day or so. Pretty crazy. BTW, they are the ones that Rage Against the Machine had that guy on fire on one of their album covers. They do that for fun or something...
