Why do three of the characters on my mule account say this? I created them all at the same time and refresh them together. I have been gone from d2 for a month, but only three characters don't work.

I've had this problem with 2 full mule accounts too tonight. Least my other three are working ok.

Same here. Lost a load of stuff. The characters will be back, but they'll probably be empty too
