Who's penguin is the best?

How do i get a picture like that to stay in my sig can someone explain?

1. Find your image on the web, or put it there
2. Hit "user cp" button above
3. Hit "User Profile"
4. In sig field, type [img] , followed by the URL of your image which is on the internet, followed by [/img] with no space in between.
5. Hit "Submit Modifications"

And don't try to use an image on your HD in your sig. You'll be the only one who can see it :]
