Act 4 Cain Issue

You should be able to get it from meph if not rush someone and snatch their stone.

Realm Down Issue I myself have 56k so i can change ips with ez... is there a way cable users can fix realm down without having to wait out the 30 minutes??

So far for me its jsut wait..... I cant find any other way around it besides dont fuck with cain in act 4 lol...
