How do you stop hatred?

In all social groups there are well defined patterns of when and
how territory is defended. More frequently than not, it is not the
active pursuit to strive to understand and appreciate differences
of various aspects of identity formation. Emerging cliques develop
due frequently to the conditioning of social honor that it entails.
One strives for the success of their own private ambitions, but
does one strive for the well-being of others?
