AHHH What's with restriction from realm..

I've started playing again for like the 500th time lol I'm west ladder.. and i switch between mules pretty fast keeping them organized when i xfer stuff that i find.... and like 10 times now i've gotten a restriction from realm thing...... and i just go play on east while i get this thing..... i hate it.. usuallly it only lasts like an hour or 2.... but last night i got it at 3 in the morning..... and now its almost noon and i still have this restriction thing.. what do i do.......?
