How do I publish poetry?

does cafepress.com also mean I can send my book to the world: that kind of publish? or is it a one time only thing that only gets sent back to me? and what if I already sent a poem over to poetry.com (I do have more though), and they copywrited it(under my name, but I can't find the proof other than it showing my name on the bottom)?
