I cant get my E drive to work, tried about everything

I was hoping to get this working first it started to not to blink(light above it) then it got where it didnt then it stop rejecting cd's all together. manual to remove a CD that was in it. Computer like almost 3 years old. I restore it also, what can I do before getting a new E drive , so I can record music and data with? Last edited by summer; 2004-11-23 at 11:22 PM.
