House bill makes camcording films a felony

Not that I do this sort of thing but ghesshh. 3 long years for having a camcorder in the movies with you. Seems kind of harsh to me, anyone besides me think this bill is fucked up?


"The Piracy Deterrence and Education Act makes camcording a felony punishable by three years in prison for a first offense and six years for later offenses."
