It won't happen because that's not the sort of game that Rockstar makes. They make "gritty" and "realistic" games about the disgusting underbelly of society. The day they create an expansive, intricate adventure game is the day they cease being Rockstar Games.
and the day you spend 12 hours with Bob Dole which makes that the worst day ever.
