Now I'll agree about it being a lame twon but, afraid to walk down a street because you may be tied to a truck? wtf, it may be Podunk, but this isn't the 50's

Okay, well then why don't you possess my body and travel back to about 1997 and give Paris a visit. See how the locals respond to your presence under those circumstances. I didn't honestly expect to be tied to a truck. That comment was made mostly in jest. But, the town is a threatening place one way or another. Particularly towards a person like myself.
