Drop Hack???

I was trading some mfsc last night on west and had a buyer in the trade screen when someone else entered the game and started tell me not to trade him because he wanted badly. I ignored him and then I got conection interupted and realm down when I tried to rejoin battle.net. WTF later that night I tried again and the same thing happened. Man I was getting pissed off. I use the newest maphack which is suppose to protect against the drop hack. Is there a new drop hack out??And if so is there anyway I can protect myself from this??
