http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1950450497 I jsut saw this item on ebay. Its a pretty damn godly Barb Ammy, but I thought that you couldn't get those types of stats on an ammy with that low of lvl resitrictions? I thought it HAD to be at least Character Lvl Req 67 to have +2 skills mod on it...? Does this mean it is bugged, or am I just ill-informed?
