Bow Speeds

all crossbows EXCEPT Cho-Ko-No
and Demon CrossBow are Capped at 11fps
these two "-60" bows cap at 7 fps (the ias needed is unbelievable)

"burrito" is not capped
just there is a speed limitation on Ballista's
the reason you can go over 25fps "client side"
is because a given computer only needs so much cpu speed/ram amount/ graphics card usage
to run at 25 fps
the requirement isnt that high

and the game tells you the given fps for your computer running that program
your computer is just refreshing some pixels faster than they are changing
