2 days ago I started my new barb, and he's been uber powerful from lvl 1, doing 50-80 at lvl 1, 1 handed. At lvl 9, started doing 100-280 damage 1 HANDED. Currently now, lvl 18, dmg 130-476 1 handed with bloodfist, now 96-506 with sigon pieces (same weapon all this time... lol!)

Gear:
Helm=Biggin's Bonnet (life/mana and +30% enhanced dmg)
Armor=Gemmed Ring Mail (3x jewels, +13 +13 +15 max= +43)
Boots=Sigons
Gloves=Sigons
Shield=Sigons
Weapon= 'HelHelHelHel' Great Sword
Ring #1=Cathans
Ring#2=Eagle Band ( I got the only 6 copies of it )
Amulet=4% mana leech

70 strength (currently 80 from sigon gloves)
45 dex
40 vit
10 energy

Eagle Band
rare ring
required level:18
6% mana stolen per a hit
+25 life
fire resist +44%
cold resist +45%
lightning resist +16%

Useful, for being able to have max fire/cold res by act 3, very useful for fighting diablo and oblivion knights.

I have performed 2 pk's so far.

Level 10 barb vs Masamune-Blade (lvl9) (S/S vs S/S)
1st goes to him after a struggle because of his lame merc, 2nd goes to me after removing shield, whacking his merc, then taking him out in 3 hits.

Level 18 Druid vs Masamune-Blade (lvl 19) (W/S vs S/S)
He went afk out in canyon of the magi so... well, y'know
Died 2 hits, in S/S. First took down to 40% life remaining, 2nd took the rest.

BTW, most people under-estimate me when I tell them I use biggin's bonnet, yet they dont realize the 30% enhanced damage applies straight to the weapon's enhanced damage... added with +43 max armor is one mean combo with an already high damage sword (12-20 1 handed, 25-42 2 handed)

Now, most people don't know this, but currently barbarian weapon masteries (barb only!) are BUGGED. They are messed up so that the % for deadly strike (auto goes up with mastery lvl) is always 100% instead of whatever the % usually is (23% or so), and thats how I go by with my damage. If there bug didn't exist, I would be doing 48-253 1 handed, 98-334 2 handed. In duels, my damage is as it states on character screen because pvp penalty multiplied by deadly strike makes it ([m - 50%] * 2=100% full regular damage, BTW m=current damage range).

Anyways this could also be a guide for a low lvl pvp barb. Please give me some feedback, I really need it.
