knight rider had same problem...
go into display properties by right clickin on desktop.. then settings > advanced settings... look at the pic, in one of the tabs there will be Anti Aliasing options... turn them off, and for mipmapping set it to BEST PERFORMANCE.
then load up AA and click settings > video settings > advanced.
turn texture detail to low, and client side effect OFF and use compressed lighting or whatever.. just set everythin to low
