We've been hearing this that and the other about FFXIII for a few months now - the new battle system, how the story has something to do with crystals, the main character is a female with the ability to slow down time.
Well now it's FF vs XIII that has popped up, with a teaser trailer.

Trust me when I say the quality on the Squenix site (before they blocked the video off to everyone but members) was outstanding.
Reports say that FF vs XIII will be the "Dark Side" of FFXIII. Just reading the words that pop up in the trailer (it's format reminds me of one or two of the KH2 trailers, same with anybody else?) can confirm that this is a spin-off of FFXIII, what with the crystals being mentioned, and so on.
Now we just wait for Nomura and his team to gradually leak info to us.#
Ooooh, talking about how it reminds me of a couple of KH2 trailers, anyone else notice the 'protection' the guy has right at the end before it shows his main sword? Who does that remind you of ever so slightly (from KH2 - I've forgotten his damn name... you fight him in Beasts Castle the second time round).
