Oh, okay, I gotcha.
You can be rest assured that Nintendo won't be launching the Revolution any earlier than Q4 2006. It's absolutely stupid to launch any piece of major gaming hardware outside of November. Prime sales are in November, and companies need parents buying their kids these new consoles come Christmas.
The new Zelda and the Revolution are going to absolutely be a year apart in release timeframe. Zelda 2005 will most likely be released between November 8th and 16th (a hot week for November releases) and the Rev will most likely launch on November 21st 2006, considering that at least the last two Nintendo consoles have launched on that date. I don't recall the exact dates that the SNES and NES launched, but I know both the GCN and N64 launched on 11-21.
In other words, it wouldn't be economically or logically viable to wait for the Rev. It's gonna cost a minimum of 100 bucks more, it's still almost two years away and we don't know what kinds of games it even has on the plate. You can grab a GCN now with a free game for 100 bucks (they're still bundling Metroid Prime and Mario Kart: Double Dash, I believe). Plus, need I reiterate how amazing Resident Evil 4 is?
