hey hey, kays.. might be easy dumb question.. buts, i have a Ali baba sword now, and im a Sorc.. so if i kill lets say pindle, with meteor or FB.. will the MF from the sword count? or do i have to actually use the sword and kill him with last hit in order for it to counts. cause i had the sword with me and did plenty runs all over and got same useless stuff. even if sword adds bout 80 plus mf. only when i lvled again, did i start getting better things, so i gots no clue, and not like 80 is gonna make dat much difference so, i just need to be told if the MF from the sword counts if im wearing it but dont actually use it.
with magic find runs...u can bring a monster's life down to 1 hp with any gear u want...but the last hit should be the hit with the most mf...and with pindle..an ideal amount of mf, without sacrificing kill time, is between 350-450 mf
i dont think that supaflip's post is that clear so to tell you what he is saying no you do not have to actually melee pindle with the sword as long it is equiped and used to cast the final spell that kills pindle so you can cast metero or fire ball with a switch weapon but the last one that you cast to kill him should come from the alibaba or what ever mf weapon you are useing.
