Arggg I be'th a noober. And take at least a 6th grade english class, geez. Find a Blizzard employee, threatened him to tell you of Blizzard's actions towards ITHs. Don't kill him! They need all the help they can get to make Diablo III. Btw: I find that anyone who asks a question like that is indeed a noobalinie.
The only thing that would make me think there deleting iths is the fact they stated there trying to do things to the game the "arent possible" and thats contributing to the major patch delays.
and there will be no D3, blizz has moved on to other things.
i second that... blizz is into $$$, and definatelly a d3 would attract allot of it if/when they will every make it or if they are planning on it, but they do know they have the option available...
