Pi, one of the BEST movies ever

Well i have watched the movie Pi, it's the wierdest movie EVER but at the same time the best, it's an independent film but it's out on DVD, it is the most popular non-advertised movie in the world.

The movie is based on something wierd... what is it based on? I can't say but it's the wierdest thing i've ever seen, the movie is EXTREMELY abstract but i will tell you a part of it.

THe movie is Black and white but it's new, the black and white is just to create an environment to the viewer.
The guy inside gets migraines all the time and is forced to take alot of medicine, i only watched the movie once so im not 100% sure of what the movie is about but i'm almost sure.. it has to do with Pi, the mathamatical and 7th letter of the greek alphabet.. it also has to do with the golden spiral and it having to be linked with the chaos theory.

When you watch it, if you smoke ... special things i HIGHLY reccomend this movie, it's an EXTREME tripper, it's actually made to be trippy.. (personally i think that's why they made the movie) But when you watch it; try to understand the whole movie and even if you can try to solve the problem yourself and try to make the conclusion in your head.. the movie ends with a conclusion but it's a wierd one.

Go rent the movie from wherever you can and trust me, if you cant find it KEEP LOOKING; the movie is AMAZING...
If you can't find it in the places you look go download it but please, try to buy it or rent it because this movie deserves credit.. especially since its not advertised.

It's trippy, it's got GREAT music by the orb, aphex twin, gub gub, spacetime continuum ect ect.. it's electronica but again.. watch it.

15 out of 10 stars.. even though that's not possible i'm still giving it a 15 out of 10.

BTW, try to get REAL wasted (smokewise) to watch this movie.. i mean REALLY wasted... its extreme and amazing... especially when they show the guy tripping out n havin migraines.. trust me... this movie is MADE to trip ppl out.. tahts also another reason why it's so abstract.

My sig won't show =/

My friend mentioned it some time ago, but I didn't get motivated enough to see it. Maybe I should now...

Well, I actually have seen this movie, and I'm guessing that since I wasn't "trashed," it didn't really hold my attention too well.

It was a pretty clever and interesting movie, but either (1) Like Ex-Mania said, you must be trashed to think you are understanding what is going on, or (2) you must be a very mathematically oriented individual with intellect equivalent to several Calculus deep in education (say 5 or so).

If you like the thinkers movie and/or have the personality of "weirdness" when it comes to viewing movies, this one is definitely recommended, just don't be pissed and bitch if you don't understand it, because honestly, I'm sure a lot don't.... I really don't even fully grasp the movie as a whole.

Well i understood the whole film.. and even the part that talks about the torah.. it's not really hard to understand about the golden spiral, the spiral is a spiral that keeps turning and turning and multiplying it's size by multiplying in 2 at every decimal and in a steady pattern of infinite multiplications...

Pi is a letter taht is made to figure out the circonference of a circle, even though the main shortform for pi is 3.14 the actual number is infinately huge and keeps going to eternety even though it's just a circle, there is an infinite amount of decimals built to mesure it.

And the Chaos theory is the theory where if one thing does one single movement everything else in the dimension is affected by it.. like for example, one bird flapping it's wings in japan could alter the world so that there is a tornado in newyork.. but even though the chances of that are extremely low, there are alot of birds ect ect.. but that's the theory.. everything altars by the way other things r moving..

I have that film and gotta say that It may be wierd but, it caught my attention, not only that is one of the best films I've ever seen, and it costed only 60,000$.

BTW, EX-Mania, If you liked that film, Darren Aronofsky (the director) made another film (having nothing to do with this one) wich is actually the BEST film I've ever seen about Drugs, I'm talking about Requiem for a dream, hire it if u can, u'll like it, also pay attention to it's soundtrack.
