should i use this thing or sell it?

i found this off hell meph. i was gonna sell it but the +skills seemed high

its a sword/knife thing with
+488 poison dmg over 10 sec
+4 poison nova
+4 poison explosion
+5 poison dagger
ethereal

seems nice if i were to make a pioson necro but is it that good or should i trade it for something

ive never seen it before

i think it had some +stats on it too but i dont remember

I have a non-ethral one of those. Yet, theres a better wand for psn. necros. Worth...nothing.

Keep it and give it to someone who may need it and or cant afford better gear.
