Opening DiabloII Twice?

Hey... I've heard some people said that they can have 2 DiabloII opened at the same time allowing them to be able to have 2 characters on the same time. Do anyone here know what program is it that can allow me to do this? Thanks.

the program is called d2loader but this have been patched.

but u can use "cd key refiller"
u must need 2 real different cd keys 4 battle.net
then u can open diablo2 twice
