If i drink water, i drink water. But my favorite drink happens to be chocolate protein powder with water. Tastes like a chocolate milk shake without the unhealthy side effects of a regular chocolate milk shake. It also ups my protein for the day to about 75 grams.
I'd rather have real sugar than fake sugar, easily. That fake shit gives you cancer.
I prefer water to most anything else most of the time, though. They keep tons of water coolers all over at work so I'm always drinking water there. At home, I'm almost always drinking water as well.
