Probably even less then the 3/20/5 frw duped sc. Is this on ladder or nl, and is it legit? I never heard about duped 3/20/7's so it could be!

If it was ladder-east you could probably get an um at least for it, possibly more. Ive seen some mfers on ladder pay a pul for a simple 7% mf sc. If it has other mods who knows what some botter will pay. NL though I dont know how it all works since there seems to be so many more dupes out there that mf and good items seem to be cheaper.
