I believe some of it.

I believe it mostly, but I believe there are also exceptions.

I did an experiment. I downloaded a few Mozart/Beethoven/Classical songs, and listened to them while doing homework. Suprisingly, I could think much faster than when I was listening to no music at all.

The same goes with most baroque music.
