Who's your favorite movie villan of all time? Mine would have to be the Mountain Men from Deliverance. Those guys were just plain nasty! Anybody that would want to fuck Ned Beatty in the ass has to be evil!!!

Vader is a good guy though, or at least in the end so you can't possible choose him. Lector was good in first movie but after that it got lame, so you can't choose him either. I'd have to say that the first Terminator is best villian of all, he killed like so many damn people it's just crazy.
