Court: Tomorrow

Does anyone happen to know of a website or anything that lists the potential consequences of illegal offenses in Michigan?

I'm going for two very minor charges, (Open container of alcohol and Disturbance of the peace.) unfortunately both of the charges are either second or third offense. Both of them are misdemeanors so max of 90 days in jail (180 accumulatively) but I'm not sure what the judge will do since neither is a first offense and it's the same judge I've always gone in front of so I'm sure he's getting sick of seeing me.

So, back to my original question.. is there a spreadsheet or anything available of general penalties for these offenses?

Thanks!

I'm not too sure after looking for a bit. I think it'll be completely up to the Judge's jurisdiction on each of the cases. I don't think you should be getting any jail time for either offense given their severity is not very legitimate, maybe some community service hours?

Yeah I'm guessing community service/fines.. potential probation.

But we'll see.
