Isn't there a sequel to Chrono Trigger, called Chrono Cross?

I seriously and strongly recommend Chrono TRIGGER not cross. All the older games are more challenging and fun. All the new ones... well, they are just plain simple and a little fun.(and of course better graphics.)

I thought Chrono Cross was a great game personally. The battle system was really interesting, and the large volume of characters allowed you to customize a party of any type. And, although it took me two trips through the game to understand it, the story was really cool too. I think most people are just bitter because it wasn't Chrono Trigger on PSX.

I dont' quite remember what you're referring to Dark Phoenix. What evil thing is it that he does? Aside from that, he's actually probably the best character to have in your party. His stats outnumber every character in every category except for strength (usually Crono and he are close, and Ayla and Robo are higher) and agility (usually really close to Crono, and Ayla is higher). Not only that, but his higher level spells are some of the most powerful attacks in the game.

I actually like Frog a lot more now than I used to. My favorite party was always Crono, Marle, and Magus.
