Do explain the method of smoking crack, I've never had the opp to observe anyone.

I have personally never smoked it, but the one friend I did see smoke it, broke up the rock, put it into his pipe, took 2 or 3 good rips... took 3 steps back, hit the wall and passed out for 5 minutes.

What drugs don't? Anyone who says pot doesn't alter the way your mind works, even after the effects have subsided, doesn't smoke as much pot as I do.

I've been switching between pot and a legal herbal blend called Achilles (I've never seen it anywhere but this one shop that I've found that sells it, and I can't find anything about it online) which is a lot like Black Mamba in that it is based on Damiana (Turnera Diffusa). I think Achilles is Damiana and Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata,) but I don't know for sure. It gives me slightly different effects from pot but it's a decent alternative. It also mixes well with pot. The only downside to it is it doesn't seem to do well in the Volcano, probably because it doesn't get hot enough (I've ran freshies at max heat with disappointing results.)

I don't see anywhere in that quote that would suggest that K2 or any other legal herbal blend would "fuck your brain up" any differently than pot. Pretty much all of the things they claim K2 can cause can be caused by pot as well (or at least are often listed as side-effects.)
