Which one of these is the real image, and which one is the fake?
One of them is done in the best 3D program ever by the way, LightWave.

Strangly enough, the first one is real.txt and the second is fake.txt Since when are image files named *.txt?

it's used to fool the server... because the server won't show it on other sites if it's .gif or .jpg so if u name it .txt it'll read as .gif or .jpg but it won't get blocked

The second one is the real, take a look at the first one. It has basically the same color tone and lighting spread across the entire scape, the blurriness/photo imperfection looks, to me, like it was intentionally added. Also, lookat some of the little black rocks. They look sqaurish and fake.

Most importantly, Chruser isn't stupid enough to post them named real and fake, so that's a dead giveaway.

All this is just my own speculation, it could easily be another of his mind games.

Just the shape of the rocks cannot give it away.. Remember, rocks are shaped by nature: wind, water, etc. Bein's how neither picture has water, one can deduce that there is no water to shape the rocks.. therefore only wind does it. Now how much do you know about wind paterns on Mars?

My point is, despite the shape, they look more pixelated than realistic.

Judging from the following picture from the pathfinder expedition, I'd have to say the first is the real one:

And as for the legitimacy of the source, just look at the URL; straight off NASA's site.

The second one, called "fake.txt" is the real one. The first one is a render done in lightwave.

These guys were correct:
I)ark_Pheonix, mightychicken, NonGayMan, Penguin and Xenn

And these were not:
ask_rabber, BlueCube, Medieval Bob, Sum Yung Guy, tacoX, Randuin, RoboticSilence, WetWired and Wiccan][V][asta
