RM 2K3 Bridges

How can I make it so the hero can run under a bridge or go around and run on top of it? I have a cave where the hero can go under the bridge or climb up a ladder and run over the bridge to a chest? Can someone help me? I'm using RM 2K3.

Wow... I've never thought about this issue... I'm currently doing something similar, and i might have an idea. possibly you could make an event on the ground floor which makes you pass through the bridge, but if it's a really big bridge, you could always just have a transportation event which puts you in an area that resembles what the ground looks like below the bridge. I'm going to test these and give you the results.
