when i test play against a enemy that can paralyze me, and does succeed to paralyze me, i lose the battle immediatly.. how do i change the settings so that it won't do that? maybe it's because it isn't allowing my character to automatically heal itself of the affliction after a few turns.. or maybe it's something else.. anyway please help. thank you

Yep, if all characters are hit with a paralyze-like condition, it's game over

In this case, if you have 0% chance to heal after x turns, it doesn't matter that you have a 100% chance to heal if you're hit - the game considers you completely unable to heal. And that is because the game is stupid.

Set it to always heal after 999 turns, at 100% chance to heal, and the game won't end and will instead wait for whatever other factors you have that will heal you (event, getting hit, etc)

Database, 'Condition' tab

If you're using the default paralyze condition it will be in 0008:Paralyze, you should be able to figure it out from there - the Recovery Over Time part is in the center of the database screen
