Ok well, Ive been playing guild wars to long to be quiet about it. So here are some of the most common builds I know of and some common strategy to everyday missions
PVP
Warrior / Elementalist
-skills- -attributes-
Frenzy 5-air
Eviscerate 16-axe
Axe rake remaining-str
Executioners Strike
Penetrating Blow
Sprint
Gale
Resurrect Signet
Considered a gale warrior very good build, use gale or sprint to catch up to fleeing foes, also I like to change out penetrating blow for heal sig when doing random arena. Dont forget if you do that youll want to put some points into tactics.
Monk / Necromancer
-skills- -attributes-
Reversal of Fortune 10-blood
Protective Spirit 10-divine
Guardian remaining-protect
Mend Ailment
Contemplation Of Purity
Holy Veil
Divine Boon
Offering Of Blood
Considered a Boon/Protect Monk is nice and versatile. Holy Veil use accordingly, dont sit with it on the whole time. Your healed by everything u use as long as you have divine boon on. Monks are not to bring res sig. They are simply there to make sure everyone stays alive. A helpful tip I tell people is if you have a bad hex that is gonna jeperdize your survival call it and let me remove it.
Necromancer / --------
-skills- -attributes-
Awaken the Blood 16-blood
Demonic Flesh 12+soul reaping
Life Siphon
Vampiric Gaze
Shadow Strike
Vampiric Touch
Life Transfer
Resurrect Signet
Considered a Blood Spiker very powerful build, takes down almost anything with 1 go through the skills. The order I take is, transfer, siphon, sstrike, vamp gaze, and a touch if theres anything left. Notice there is no 2ndary class, only because it is not needed for this build.
PVE
Warrior / Monk
-skills- -attributes-
sprint 10+str
heal signet 10+tactics
charge 8-healing
balanced stance
endure pain
mending
purge condition
holy veil
Considered a Runner capable of running droks with EASE. Only use hv when you are face to face with some ice golems. And otherwise run with mending the rest of the way. Also a good idea to have a major vigor / absorbtion (its all I had when I ran)
Necromancer / Monk
-skills- -attributes-
protective spirit 3-death
healing breeze 16-curse
guardian 8-healing
spiteful spirit 10-protection
shadow of fear 4-soul reaping
essence bond 5-blood
balthazars spirit
mending
Considered the 55necro capable of SOLO UW / FOW. However VERY difficult you will spend many platinum on this build just trying to get the just of things. Start by casting your basic enchants. Agro no more then 3. try to agro in a way so that only 2 are attacking you and 1 is behind. Once you have the agro set up. Go PS, HB, guardian, spiteful. Savage slash will screw you over real bad without guardian even with it it is difficult. Squids, cast ss, followed by ps when they close in on you, and then hb after there 1st chain disrupting chops. And just wait it out, should be fine. Smites are difficult because of smite hex, but thats where shadow of fear comes in. Youll have to fake them into smiting that one and then use ss. Fow same concept but some things change, I wont get into that one because I could never do it either, so I cant explain it very well. Finaly note. Youll need all superior runes and a 50hp focus item like a 55monk and watch out for the DN.
Thunder head keep
(seems to be hardest for every)
DO IT WITH HENCHIES This mission is ridiculously easy with henchies, as long as you know your way. When you get to the fort stay next to kind and only leave his side for some strategic running down to kill a group or 2. easy as that
Well yea thats some of them, if youd like to have any other mission help or something like that just reply and ill see what I cant do >_<
