Video Card Help

Would it be a bad choice to buy this?

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...186&CatId=1603

It seems like a low price for a 256 MB card... and I see that it comes from "diamond"

Do you think this card is trustworthy or not?

It looks like a decent one... any reviews or anything from anyone?

::EDIT::

Anyone have this card: ATI RADEON 9250 is their a big difference between the ATI and the Diamond?
