Okay... Relic time...

The key here is obvious. The sniper rifle. A lot of it depends on where the fights break out since fights tend to stay near one place for the most part, but most of the time the beam rifle seems to be the more important of the 2. (Not always though) The base seems to be where at least 75% of the battles take place so definately get that sniper and either take it up to the top where you can cover your mates actively fighting or if you have control of both snipers that purple tower actually is the best viewpoint on the map. Okay, once the sniper is established, the next thing on the agenda is taking the base. You are elevated above the enemy allowing you to simply back away if you are caught offguard by an enemy below. Also, there are only a limited number of access points for the enemies to get at you so it's fairly easy to defend. Especially with a sniper telling you where people are coming from while he drops the enemy all over the place. There is a plasma pistol that spawns on top of the base so a combo is easily accesible as well as a ghost and if you hop through the portal below there is another plasma pistol right there for the taking. If you get really ambitious you can hop off and grab the rockets. (The ghost rider is a perfect candidate for that)

99% of the battles are just straight up BR fights, so being skilled with that and possible traveling within gunshot of another person for backup will make the difference.

That's about all I can think of for now.

Travel in pairs if at all possible, but not so close together that you can both get hit by the same 'nade. Maybe 10 meters apart, both with BR and you can take anyone down in a matter of seconds. Just watch for snipers going for the double kill.

For capture the flag, take the warthog and bring it around back and open the portal. That might be the most important thing to do. The sniper guy should wait for them to go get the cov sniper and its a must that he does. Then once everybody is back at the starting point collect BRs and stuff and then travel in singles up both sides with the sniper standing back. One goes over to the cov snipe and goes into the purple thing. From there, both snipers take aim and go to work. The other two collect noob combos or whatever they feel will work and charge up hill at them. Hopefully, they dont have anything too good and u can get the flag. Throw it off the edge and the sniper guy will cover. Then get over to the capture zone. I said to open the portal cause thats where u can go if u die or the plan isnt going well

Defense- All i can say is sniper and sword. I like driving the ghost up the hill and wedging it in one of the sides so i know which side they are attacking from.
