Question Jaguars chances for Superbowl?
Reply
Posted 2004-12-21, 10:55 PM
As I stated before the pre-season ever started, I predicted the Jaguars making a great run this year for the Superbowl. While beating the butt-packers, and having Denver, and Baltimore lose, they are now in a 4 way tie. Buffalo won, so they are 8-6, and so are Denver, Baltimore, and Jacksonville. Now Jacksonville will win the tie if the Ravens are beat sunday by the Steelers. But in the playoffs, will it be a different story? Who knows.

But for one, the Jaguars are a great running team, and a great defensive team, and they are notorious this year for having come-from-behind wins. Go jags....

I donno, maybe if you all closeline the opposition then you may win...

Sorry to burst your bubble but the Jags will not make the Superbowl. It's Colts country from here on out. Next game vs. the Chargers, Peyton will break Marino's record and lead his team to victory.

Well, they will be a dangerous team if they even make the playoffs. Of course the Eagles will still be their opponent, even without TO, but that is besides the point.

The Eagles are slacking as of late. I'm thinking Atlanta will prevail from the NFC. Atlanta vs. Indianapolis: SUPERBOWL.

I agree. The Eagles don't have Terrel Owens, and their starters haven't really played in over 2 weeks (loss of momentum). I also predict Atlanta vs. Indianapolis as the Super Bowl matchup.

Just because they don't know what they are talking about doesn't make them idiots. Yeah, it does the Jags have no chance.

Steelers vs. Eagles. If TO is back, Eagles win. If not, Steelers.

I've been checking out every expert's opinions on who is going to win and I've seen a lot of votes for my Indianapolis Colts. So, I've gotta stick with them.

I had a dream it was the Colts vs. Eagles and the Colts won. I woke up in a cold sweat and a mild heartattack.

Haha, well atleast you've already semi-experienced that happening, so you'll be prepared for when it does happen.
