As most of you "avid" gamers know, World of Warcraft .. has had its better days. The past holiday weekend the server has been ..fucked up (to say the least). To the point where Blizzard has given a 48hour free period of online play. But is that enough? I have been playing for about a week now, and there have already been alot of problems, and for my 14.99 a month and my 49.99 upfront for the game, I definately expect better of Blizzard, I mean seriously. This is a MMOPRG, not fuckign Diablo 2 and Starcraft. They need to get on the ball....
But in all seriousness waiting for a few hundred people to join before me and waiting in line for an hour or so just to get onto my character that is on the laggiest server around sucks big dick. I want my money back.

There are plenty of low population servers and you just started. It's your own damned fault for choosing a high population server. That said, there are rumors of plans to allow users on high population servers to transfer their charactors to select low population servers, but no official word from Blizzard on that yet. Also, apparently the copies in stores and warehouses now are all the copies that there are going to be for a while, as Blizzard has stated that they are holding off on production of more copies untill they are sure that the servers can comfortably handle the load, so it shouldn't get too much worse. I won't say that I'm not dissapointed by the lag and queue issues, but they aren't bad enough for me to stop playing.
