Concentrate or Bezerk Melee barb?

Which one!

For melee vs melee i recommend conc for godly def bonuses and good damage.
For melee vs caster i recommend bezerk for insane dmg output.

For melee vs all i recommend conc.

Maybe a mix of the 2, that would be insane.

conc all the way ,zerk is risky in melee duels as ur def will go to zero.
