The State of Zelaron Melee

I feel bad about the situation we're in with Zelaron Melee.

I really enjoyed participating in the first tournament, but activity slacked off near the end. People expressed intent to participate when we started the new one, but it's just not there...

Anybody have any ideas what we can do to make this work better?

I haven't read the rules yet. can you pit a video game char against a movie/ tv charater?

Short answer: No.

Long answer: There are plenty of threads that are stickied in this Forum that more than clearly express the point of the Zelaron Melee.


Oh, and this last hit with the Post Tablet going raw put a little damper on the tournament. We actually lost a good 20+ posts from that loss of posting with the current battles.

Also, if need be, and I think it definitely need be, I will resign as Judge, find a replacement, and get more involved in the Battles. I don't know all the characters, but of the ones I do know, I will try to put up some decent arguments.
