what can arachnid mesh and/or vamp gaze get me?

I'm looking really for a good bow, better than lycander's or magewrath, or other things. Kinda new to this trading thing and found an arachnid mesh and vamp gaze. What can those get me?

So from what I can tell, I need to find items, good ones, trade for runes (which I don't need as of yet, I know I'll need/want them later), to trade the runes for an item I really want? Oh my, there's a lot to learn with this trading stuff.
