You now must wait 7 days to delete a character.
New players are only allowed one account, all vet players are to be limited to their current accounts.
New characters with an account age of younger then 3 days old will start in the city of haven which is Trammel rule set.
New characters with an account age older then 3 days will start as normal in the city of Forestia (Felucca facet).
New characters with account age less then 3 days old will get new player tickets when starting and will also have the option to travel back to haven via the help menu.
Players with an account age older then 3 days will not be able to get to haven by any means, all characters in haven with an account older then 3 days will be auto sent to Forestia (Felucca facet).
The felucca side of Haven is now on the public moongate list and is named Occlo.
You can not place houses in either Occlo/Haven, nor can you mark or gate travel in Occlo/Haven.
Also:
Guard zones have been lifted from public moongates.
