I'll just close this and say to forget about bold titles, for reasons that will become apparent in the months to come.

Could you fearther explain why we cant hold a compatition for a bold title or even something eles as similar?

Bold titles are something that everybody wants and can only get once, and if we have alot of competitions everybody will have bold titles n it wont be "special" anymore

Oh by the way, I used to want a bold title and i thought it would make me feel special.. when i got the title and saw it ... i didn't feel any different :|

Its not just about bold titles. We can even do something eles. Its called getting members to partisapate in a forum event together.
