Today Capcom announced the release of P.N.03 for GCN. In this futuristic action game, you investigate the malfunction of a colony security system which resulted in the death of all living in the colony.

This game is going to pwn. It look alot like Perfect Dark, which is the second best FPShooter ever made. Right next to Goldeneye. Its about time GC! So it's out now? I can go buy it.

I think this game is nothing like perfect dark nor is it anything like goldeneye. The game looks original but also a bit boring, there seem to be almost no diversity in level designs and such. I could be wrong though.

Um, no. Exactly how many awards have those games won? With over 30 GOTY awards, a great story, paradigm shattering gameplay, and unprecidented freedom in how you achieve your goals, Deus Ex is undoubtably the best FPS ever.

Deus Ex was fucking incredible. I'm still waiting on the sequel, which has been pushed back [b]numerous[/i] times.

Nice change of mind there with your bold/italics, uncappy. Anyhoo, P.N.03 looks to be quite cool. The concept of the game is one I've never heard of in an action game. Reminds me somehwat of Space Channel 5 mixed with shooter action... odd.

I don't care about the awards. Goldeneye owns now and forever. Is Dues Ex multiplayer?

In your mind, maybe. Yes, Deus Ex has a multiplayer mode, though I've never tried it. Deus Ex is all about the single player mode. It has good replayability because there are so many different choices you could have made which would have changed the way things turned out as you went through the game. The 2nd game is even less restricting. There is actually a complicated mission tree so that you have to play the game at least 4 times to just get an inkling of all the things you could have done differently. I can tell you that more people would say Deus Ex is the best FPS of all time than would say Golden Eye was.

Rather than continue to drive this thread off topic, I've created a thread here to continue this discussion.
