I know a guy who's mom died of crabs. I think one of them got too big and exploded into a gallon full of sperm and it filled up one of her pussy eggs then with all those sperm combined she had like a 4 headed baby with 9 nipples and wasn't able to fit through and come out vagina-wize so it exploded out of her stomach and now lives in a "Deformed Baby Hospital" and feeds on the other babies deformaties and turns them into regular babies and now it runs a business.
