Sheaffer's IAS with Fanat?

How much IAS do I need with a lvl 25 Fanat for sheaffers to reach maximum FPS? How about the one before it?

I know there is a sticky above, but that is for Smite, is there one for Zeal?

you need 120% ias
keep in mind you have 20% ias on the schaeffers, i reccomend ething it.
then you would need some kind of 60% ias armor (160/60)
20% ias amulet (highlords/catseye)
and 20% ias gloves( craft'd gloves, lavagouts, magnus skin, etc)
