Death of the Command and Conquer Series

These are some of the best strategy games ever made. The original ones are the best, C&C GDI V. NOD, Red Alert 1, Tiberian Sun.

Red Alert 2 is pretty good, but seems too much like a cartoon for my liking, then there is Generals and Zero Hour. Generals is a great game itself... but they have abandoned the unique C&C Gameplay for a more Blizzard-Like approach. They abandoned the Construction Yard Concept, and the Side Bar. It really isnt worthy of the Name, Command and Conquer, because that is exactly what it isnt. They where just trying to cash in on the Popular C&C name and ended up almost totally destroying it. Soon, they will have so many games alike, they will be able to play against each other! The GLA will pit it out with the Protoss. The Orcs can fight the Core* and the strategy game industry will be destroyed, for lack of individuality and originality .

Somebody better do something before C&C turns out like The War of the Ring...
