i heard from someon online saying that armor ias dont affect druids.. is this true??

Yes , the only ias counting is on the weopen.

120 max is -nice

120% ed/60 max/100-200 fire damage/40 minimum-godly (30%ed/15max/10min/25-50 damage) (rare jewels)
