All my images, all my sites, pixelmethods.com, all my downloads, wiped. 100% wiped. This must be some cruel joke...

John Allen, my host, appearently delted everything without backing up. What a joke. I suggest that anyone thats under his service, fucking back up your shit asap.

I heard the story, and while it was his fault, you should be careful before telling anyone to do a severe upgrade like that. He needed to clear the folder for the phpnuke, so he backed the theme and database up and deleted the rest, and apparently you had a huge download archive on there.
