(note: they firs tdo toprock sixstep then go on to back spin whichis basically starting frm freeze then letting your self spin on your back without moving your legs)

if you can't do the air walk just lift your left/right leg while moving your left/right foot backwards like 2 inches only keep practicing and BAM you can air walk

personally i found the windmill to be the easiest move all you need to do is learn freeze which isputting your elbow on the sid eof your stomack and usign your head as balance afterwards just spin your legs, also if you mastet rbackspin windmill becomes easier and when you master windmill(MASTER) has in your do it swiftly all other break moves are easier like huricanes babymill dual swipes hand mills and so on........
oh and flare is different form other ones to pull it off you need to stretch your legs completely i was like 2 weeks nto doing it and then i got mad and left my legs wide open hoping to like smash down and i got a nice swiftly trip and woosh i made the whole spin i was like WTF?! hey it works
jst seperate your legs completely and when you jump make sure you jump HI so you have enugh time to seperate your legs in the air
